If your student plans on participating in any athletics/activities offered during the school year, parents/guardians will need to register them using the online Activity Registration Portal.Without registration, your son/daughter will not be allowed to participate. Please be sure to choose the correct registration form. The student will need to complete the code of conduct portion along with you.
Returning User: Login to your family's account. Click "Register" to complete the steps and submit registration. The form will auto-populate the answers based from your previously submitted registration. Please review and edit the answers as needed.
New User: Parents/guardians will create a family account (using a parent email address) and register their son/daughter for their activity, and complete the required steps. For WHS/WMS students, the Student ID is your child’s 6-digit Skyward ID. This process will need to be done each school year using the same family account.
Physical Examinations: Students registering for athletics must have a current physical exam form uploaded to the activity portal before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. A physical exam taken April 1 and after is valid for the following 2 school years; a physical exam taken before April 1 is valid only for the remainder of that school year and the following school year. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded to this account no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.
Bellin FastCare locations in Green Bay offer sports physical walk ups for $20. Please bring the sports physical form to be completed by the doctor.
